Discovery call

We discuss your business goals and needs.

Goal: Understand your situation and determine whether SEO is the right lever for you at this stage.

Result: a first expert look at your situation. If SEO makes sense, I send you a tailored engagement proposal.

02 2 weeks

Diagnosis & action plan

I analyze your current rankings and build a personalized action plan, which I present in a dedicated call.

Goal: Start on solid foundations with a clear vision of what will drive results.

Your commitment: 1 questionnaire (15–30 min) + 1 kick-off call (1h) + 1 debrief call (1h30).

Result: a documented and prioritized SEO strategy, calibrated to your offer and targets.

03 Month 3+

Execution & monitoring

I execute the priority items from the plan: page creation or optimization, content production, technical fixes…

Goal: Generate measurable results quickly, and maintain momentum over time.

Your commitment: content review for approval + 1 monthly check-in call (1h).

Result: first SEO signals (indexation, ranking progress, first impressions) within the first weeks. First SEO leads between 3 and 6 months. Stable results between 9 and 12 months.

Who is SEO consulting for?

SEO consulting is ideal for companies that need guidance on the subject but don't have the resources or workload for a full-time in-house position. It's the preferred format for SMBs and startups.

How long will we work together?

Short answer: 3 months minimum. The first 3 months are for building foundations — strategy, execution, first measurable results. After that, it's month by month. You stay because the results are there, not because you're locked into a contract.

How is this different from working with an agency?

You work directly with me, one expert, from diagnosis to execution. No overhead, no long-term contract.
